Nothing is cooked behind closed doors. The grill stands outside on the terrace — you watch every cut from the moment it hits the grate to the moment it reaches the board.
The meat is fresh and locally raised. Alongside the usual beef and chicken, the grill also takes black pork, young bull and wild boar bacon.

Yes. The Greenhorn burger is vegetarian, and there is seasonal salad, fries, breaded onion rings and flatbread.

Yes, through Wolt. The delivery menu is shorter than the one in the restaurant.

Yes. The terrace is covered and the grill stands right next to it — the best view of the cooking.
